At her residence No. 92 Park avenue east, Mrs. Jane Hulit died Wednesday morning at 1:30 of paralysis caused by la grippe at the age of 81 years, 11 months, and 17 days.  The funeral will take place from the Baptist church Friday afternoon at 2:00, Rev. Sumrell officiating.  The deceased was the relict of James Hulit who died in 1861 at the age of about 82.   She leaves five children, viz.:  Mrs. W.B. Hamblin, Mrs. Matilda West, Miss Margaret Hulit, of Cleveland, Mrs. Sarah Munson and William A. Hulit of Kansas City, all of whom are in attendance at the funeral.
